Joe is a zealous advocate committed to helping accident victims who have sustained serious personal injuries.

Joe began practicing at Linden & Associates in 2020. His practice encompasses a wide range of civil litigation such as motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, medical malpractice, professional negligence and sexual assault.

Prior to this, Joe worked for several prominent personal injury firms in Toronto where he represented accident victims in a wide array of matters such as motor vehicle accidents, long-term disability claims, slip and fall claims and dog bite injuries.

Joe has appeared in the Superior Court of Justice and various tribunals including the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, the Canadian Pension Plan, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal.
