Cole earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in History from Queen’s University in 2019 prior to obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law in 2024.
Cole began summering at Linden & Associates in 2022 and returned as an Articling Student in 2024. He joined the firm as an Associate following his 2025 call to the bar.
During his summers and articling term at the firm, Cole gained hands-on experience in complex medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury matters. He assisted with developing case strategies, drafting pleadings, and working closely with clients and expert witnesses. His work included preparing for discoveries and mediations, as well as contributing to legal research on nuanced liability and damages issues. Through this experience, Cole developed a strong foundation in civil litigation and a client-focused approach to advocacy.
Outside of work, Cole enjoys playing tennis, golf and spending time with friends and family.
