Mr. Linden acts for injured people and their families in cases arising from medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and professional liability.

He has been practicing personal injury litigation in Ontario for 26 years.

His areas of focus include serious motor vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord trauma, medical malpractice, sexual assault, trip and fall, slip and fall, hospital and nursing home negligence, disability insurance claims and lawyer and paralegal negligence.

Justin Linden specializes in cases involving seriously injured victims and their families, including those who have suffered serious and/or catastrophic orthopedic, neurological and psychological injuries. He acts on behalf of families in wrongful death claims and on behalf of injured persons who have sustained brain injuries, spinal cord trauma and other serious orthopedic injuries. He has extensive experience acting for individuals and companies in respect of property and commercial insurance claims.

Justin has represented clients from across the Globe who have been injured in Ontario. His clients have been from within Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Calgary, Vancouver), the United Stated (California, Florida, Chicago, New York), and Trinidad, England, Israel, and Bulgaria.

Justin represents clients at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, and has appeared in the Supreme Court of Canada.

Justin is an active member of both the law community through interviews and speaking arrangements, and assists various charitable organizations, including the Bereaved Families of Ontario.

Justin has also presented to the American Association of Justice on Medical Negligence on the topic of “Bleeding to death in a hospital, the failure to diagnose and treat an aortoenteric fistula”.

Mr. Linden is also a former Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Opera Company, and is the Treasurer and member of the Board of the Abraham Global Peace Initiative.
