Naphtali practices civil litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice, serious motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, slip and fall, long-term disability, sexual assault and employment law issues.

He represents clients at all levels of court in Ontario, and has successfully resolved claims before various administrative tribunals. Naphtali prides himself on organization and hard-work, and is committed to giving every client the time and respect that their claims deserve.

While every file and client is unique and requires their own individual strategy and plan, Naphtali’s approach to litigation is aggressive, while still being respectful, reasonable and civil in his pursuit of justice for his clients.

In his free time, Naphtali enjoys playing basketball, golfing and spending time with his family and friends.
