Naphtali practices civil litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice, serious motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, slip and fall, long-term disability, sexual assault and employment law issues.

He has represented clients at various levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, and has successfully resolved claims before various administrative tribunals. Naphtali prides himself on organization and hard-work, and is committed to giving every client the time and respect that their claims deserve.

Naphtali recently presented on his reported long-term disability decision before the Ontario Court of Appeal, at the 2019 Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Fall Conference.

While every file and client is unique and requires their own individual strategy and plan, Naphtali’s approach to litigation is aggressive, while still being respectful, reasonable and civil in his pursuit of justice for his clients.

In his free time, Naphtali enjoys playing basketball, golfing and spending time with his growing family.
