Sari Feferman

Sari obtained her honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Dalhousie University and her Master of Arts degree from the University of Sussex. She earned her law degree from the University of Ottawa law school. During law school, Sari was involved in the Ottawa Law Review and the Health Law Students’ Association. She also worked at the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic, the University of Ottawa’s internet policy clinic, researching privacy legislation.

Sari completed her articles in the personal injury department at a full-service Toronto law firm. She joined Linden and Associates following her 2012 call to the Ontario Bar. She practices a broad range of civil litigation which includes motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, product liability, medical malpractice, professional negligence and sexual assault. She also has experience handling long-term disability denial appeals. Sari has represented clients in both plaintiff and defendant litigation and has successfully appeared before Masters and Judges at the Ontario Superior Court.

She is an editorial board member of the Health Law in Canada journal, published by LexisNexis and volunteers with the HIV/AIDS Legal Clinic (Ontario).
